The first time I took my kittens there, everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were noticeably friendly and caring to all the animals that came in while we were there. I could tell that Doctor Guenther really loves animals – she was great with the kittens. Her demeanor was very down to earth, and we felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend Blue Cross to other people.
