Puppy Basic Plan
Package does not include emergency exams. A 20% discount will be applied if purchasing a microchip and for non-core vaccinations such as Canine Influenza, Leptospirosis, Lyme and/or Rattlesnake.
Puppy Plan
Package does not include emergency exams. A 20% discount will be applied if purchasing a microchip and for non-core vaccinations such as Canine Influenza, Leptospirosis, Lyme and/or Rattlesnake.
Adult Dog Basic Plan
Package does not include emergency exams. A 20% discount will be applied if purchasing a microchip or for any other vaccination performed while package is valid (including Rabies and non-core vaccines). A 10% discount will be applied to additional lab work, including fecal testing.
Adult Dog Preventative Plan
Additional Package Information:
